Yes, I have a Foredom rotary tool and I've been placing the brass tubes in it, and then holding the cutting tool with my hand because it's a lot easier. Also some metal sander sticks, and some fine grit sandpaper to polish it up.
This is the end result, I basically just wanted to make little nozzles that act as the maneuvering thrusters, as the kit only had small indentations.
