i am also a big fan of the ravage toys, both scales. not much in the way of altmodes, but fun spiky robo kitties.
and the dinobots were pretty rad.
the vehicles are not exactly my cup of tea but I like the designs well enough from the neck down. lots of good motifs that mainstream TF should keep, such as
>hoods splitting open when becoming chests
>doors becoming wings
>cybertronian forms looking properly alien, with claws and digitigrade legs and shit, and potentially keeping this even with earth altmodes.
