Two pieces I am still looking out for (also frustratingly rare) are FF8's Ultima and Omega Weapons. One of them was a Toyfare exclusive, which really helped the rarity today. They both had a separation feature that was never shown in the game, leaving a long-standing rumor that they both did that in-game but that got cut out.
