may do some modifications to make it into a “production model” maus to give a little interest to it . Maybe just small modifications like a ladder on the side of the hull and turret for easyier acess by the crew (like a kv-2 turret) or a AA mount for the commander like on a tiger or panther something maus would be in desperate need of if it went into production. Anothet modification and something that stuck out to me is the lack of a MG port (some debate over if the holes in the turret sides where to mark where an MG would go) I doubt the germs would want to lose such a difficult to produce and expensive tank just from a infantry man rushing it with a molotov like with the ferdinands.maus seems to have a position for a co driver but what he would be doing without a dedicated periscope is beyond me perhaps a mg port was meant to be installed. This is assuming I even do any of this like I said before maus was an impulse buy without any real plan on what to do with it, but this is actually turning into something I’m really liking
