I only own the various RX-0 girls (AGP Unicorn, Banshee etc.) so my experience is limited, but I like them a lot. They do their mecha-girl thing well and I don't have any major complaints about 'em. The look great, accessories work well (nothing popping off or anything), and they're well articulated (could use a bit more range in the hips). From what I've heard about the other AGP Gundam girls, they seem like similarly solid toys as well.
I also have AGP Kongou and I love her! The boat parts are huge and extremely well detailed (every single turret and gun emplacement is articulated), and Kongou herself is nicely done as well. I do have one complaint though, and that's the fact that Kongou's ankle joint only has up/down movement (unless I'm missing something; it doesn't feel like you can do anything else with the ankle and I don't want try and force something only to end up breaking it). In comparison, the Gundam girls have double ball-jointed ankles so they have a full range of motion there.
I should note that Kongou only cost me 3200JPY, and I probably wouldn't be quite as enthusiastic about her if I'd paid full price, but I honestly do feel it's a nice figure. From what I understand, it's mainly AGP Yamato and Musashi who suffered from grossly poor paint apps and molding, and Bandai has improved their boat-girl game considerably since.
