According to the resources other anons have provided, the Evolutions figure was made, it was then reworked have given a new head (or at least different paint as the sculpting on the hair seems to match), a new torso with a ball-jointed waist and ball-jointed hips, and a new overlay over the crotch, the original had the two lower parts of the tunic as a single piece, the newer version adds a slit up the middle.
Truth told, I don't really know which one I prefer in terms of appearance, but the ball-joint hips and waist would definitely be nice. Either way, both seem to be leaps and bounds ahead of any other ROTS Anakin currently available.
