At that rate, even a Warhound, the smallest Titan, would already be taller than your average person and DEFINITELY cost a lot more than $1k. Remember that Bandai's 1/12 Gundam, which is only like 5 feet tall with pretty basic paint, articulation, and sculpt, was $3,400 already. A significantly taller and wider figure, with JoyToy-level sculpt, paint, and articulation, would probably be pushing closer to $10k.
An assembled Imperator would not even fit into most peoples' houses. And frankly, at these sizes, they would need to switch to metal supports internally just to hold up the weight of the parts.
