The pilot has obviously lost the competition because there's only torso, one arm and one leg presented. No cyborg tech-fig. No battery box, the motor is not spinning. Even the plane is missing a few pieces so I've altered it's build a little.
I miss when Lego technic was just a mechanism with cockpit slapped on to reduce the price of the model. Nowadays there are no sets with any sort of mechanism but car chassis. And those sets are made to be shelf dust collectors.
