Those Toyvault figures come loaded with accessories...he's missing a bunch of other ones in that picture, too.
Here is a picture of my Gandalf the White where he's smoking his pipe/wearing his belt/sword/etc.
Also I forgot to mention these are a little bit smaller than the Toybiz ones; they are more in a 5-ish inch scale.
