I'd do themed dungeon rooms probably with a forest temple, an aquatic dungeon, a lava pit type of set, and a Hyrule market set. The big set of the theme would be Hyrule Castle or a fortress of Ganon's. Smallest set would have Link, a horse, and some baddies.
