Except for the paint jobs the "new vintage" Playmates re-release figures, they look pretty close (I looked at the krang in store and he seems to be identical to my incomplete vintage one, to the point where I'm tempted to pick one up for parts.)
Is the vehicle really close too, or is it a remake, or a half-assed recast of a vintage toy whose molds are long gone? I'm not a vehicle collector but it's fairly cheap for a background piece on the shelf if it's decent.
