They buy it for you and you just say what sort of shipping you want and its on the way. Its barely more difficult than Amazon. TBF in particular even took pictures of everything to confirm the items were all correct before shipping. You tack on a middleman fee but thats exactly what you're offering anyways. If you learn how to use it you can get anything you ever want off Tmall/Taobao.
