If anyone remembers the Mercy with a gimp leg I posted a couple weeks ago, I have a semi-update. GSC did send me a replacement lower leg part for her. The good news is that the hole seems to be properly straight this time, so her leg doesn't stick out at an odd angle anymore. The bad news is the hole is seemly still too short so the knee joint doesn't fit in all the way and since they didn't send an upper leg part, it still doesn't fit in all the way into the top either.
Now I'm trying to build up the nerve to go at her with my pin vise on the weekend to try and get the knee joint to fit in all the way.
