Benched the idea for a lower down the torso as it was interfering too much with the mechanics, instead it's back in the chest and I updated the entire torso with a improved backpack and shoulder joints which give it better articulation.
Blue piece will be replaced with a black one once my next order comes in, jesus that piece was hard to find, 2001 sets FTW.
