If this was a premade action figure I'd understand where people's complaints about the lack of ass are coming from, but it's a fucking model kit. If you want a bigger ass or a bigger set of boobs just sculpt them yourself and paint it.
The actual biggest change from the original design with the backpack is leagues better than the original prototype's. Yeah I know it's supposed to look like the bow of a Yukata, but the VTOL wings look a lot better IMO.
