>>8711992WFC suffers for the same reasons the Machinima Prime Wars series suffered: They wrote the show around the toys instead of making the toys based on the show
>Show models are literally made from the CAD files they used to design the figures asides from some cases like Arcee>Impactor vs Mirage is a constant thing in Siege solely because that's what the fans voted on>Cog turns into some guns for Arcee because that's what his toy does>Omega Supreme shows up at the end of Siege because they need to sell his toy, completely disappears from Earthrise>Scorponok shows up randomly on a spacestation and is apparently part of a race made by the Quintessons, then leaves the plot as soon as the bots/cons leave the spacestation>Exhaust doesn't get his actual head because he's a bit part and they're not gonna bother with modelling a new head for a character with like 3 scenes total>Unicron pops up with zero relevance to the actual story because of the Pulse figure>lol Sky-LynxTransformers works best in show form when you've got a pre-planned ensemble cast that bounce off one another well and allow for newer cast additions to slowly trickle in (IE: Beast Wars, Animated, Prime). I mean shit, in the second episode of Siege you've got like 20-something different bots/cons to keep up with, and that's not even counting the background repaints of seekers/sideswipes/cogs/reflectors/etc. Just gimme a series where they base the toys off the show instead of basing the show off of the toys again and I'll be a happy camper
