Those use the regular 1.0 powersuit parts so they'll fit in the container if you strip all the extra armor parts. The armor doesn't really store anywhere and even the sniper rifle is too long to toss inside empty diaclone containers.

Also note that their OC monoeye faceplate (left) can't close completely with a pilot inside.

As for the pilot figures, I'm using the original TakaraTomy DA-04 Dia-nauts set. But here comes the biggest issue with these E-monster designs. The Sniper suit design (left), does not have enough space for the pilot's head, and thus can't close completely. The photo on the bottom shows how far you can close with a pilot in the suit.
