Turns out yeah, they actually WILL flag you if you cancel too much/too often once it's in your pile of loot. I think it is okay to cancel pre-orders, though.

I just secured Mantenna, Leech, Snout Spout as well as the Teela/Zoar online exclusive and got the Roboto and Mer-Man re-releases secured as well. Wanted to go all the way with She-Ra and Zodac but I'm holding off for now.

At the very least I'll be getting that Teela bundle because of its exclusivity and I noticed that pre-orders were already sold out on the other big toy site.
