Transformative media means that anyone can draw anything of anyone and as long as they aren't profiting from it, the owner of the IP can't say shit. If it weren't for this, fan media as a whole would be illegal. Furie has no right to sue people for creating variations on a character he's created.
It's not about alt-right vs some angry faggot who only made one good comic, it's about the right of other artists to create content based off of existing work. You can't fuck with one without fucking the whole pot.
