>>8781228>>didn't listen to us>>did get the harder-to-get-in-the-future one as someone pointed outIt's not that I didn't listen - I WAS planning on grabbing the OG first; but like you said, another person pointed out that Galactic man was going to be the harder to get of the two, and he was on sale right then and there, so I jumped on that first. I'm still planning on getting his original version, but I can afford to wait until my next paycheck before chasing him down.
>Tell us more about RapticonWell, not much more to tell, really. I don't want to image spam, so I'll just post this rare pic of him in robot mode (which, again, I try to avoid transforming him into, because his shoulders are chipping). Notably, his hands can actually accommodate Battle Masters (kinda), since his thumb/heel has a curve to it that partially fits around 5mm posts, and you can close his fingers to hold the rest of it in place. His Beast Mode Tail is supposed to be his primary weapon, and it's made of flexible rubber that attaches to a twisting mechanism that makes it 'thrash' - mine is still soft and pliable, and works as if he were fresh out of the factory rather than a 20 year old toy that's been in someone's storage all this time. His 'Killer Claws' on his forearms can swing forward for use as melee weapons if you move the wire behind the peg (the same way you transform his beast arms), and he presumably still has the same eye cannon as Dinobot II did from the show, and he's got sculped double-barreled machine guns between his fingers in Beast Mode for even more firepower, so there's that, too.
Random fun fact: His card on his box gives him some of the highest stats of any non-leader/main character I've ever seen; He beats his team leader T-Wrecks in Intelligence, Speed, Endurance, Courage, Firepower, and Skill, and is only 1/2 a point behind him in Strength!
