If his shoulders aren't totally down the gap and detachment is quite noticable, even with the arm barely out to the side (which, again, it absolutely is not straight down in that picture you posted.)
If his arms are straight down, the only issue is the big joints sticking up over the shoulders. If his arms are even slightly out, you start to get a bad visual disconnect that gets worse the further away from straight down they go, and still get the big joints sticking up over the shoulders.
I know you are going to ignore it, again, but the revos can't do neutral is a lot older than deadpool and came out of a lot of revo figures that were bad at neutral posing and only really looked great in action.
You shouldn't need someone to explain how that stuff gets exaggerated into a meme here.
