The only reason anyone was able to get Parallax is because hardly anyone knows who Parallax is, and even if they recognize it as Hal Jordan, Green Lantern is extremely down in the dumps in the public consciousness. So fewer people are likely to do so. That movie really harmed GL.
Az-Bat on the other hand is technically and reads as a Batman, so it is bought literally instantly. But it's clearly the worse figure. No accessories, no paint--not even where its needed, whereas they actually put effort in with Parallax with 3 accessories, paint where it was needed despite the gray hair being a little misplaced, a great cape, and lots of transparent plastic.
