>>10701490I owned the first Arcadia releases of both Hikaru and Roy. They weren't bad at all but they did felt kinda fragile. I think I transformed both about 2 or 3 times without breaking anything but it wasn't fun because I was stressed to do it each time.
Now I own the DXCs which are definitely sturdier. I transform them without any fear of breaking something (don't get me wrong, you WILL break them if you handle them like a Walmart Transformers but just a bit of care is enough to avoid anything going bad with these and of course they do feel way better to handle).
So I'd say if you're planning to "play" with them from time to time, the DXCs are the better choice. If you just plan to leave them forever in the same pose on you shelf, the Arcadia will definitely do the trick. Also you might want to take a look at the upcoming Robo-Dou Robotech line by threezero. They're a bit less accurate and you'll have to wait a while for the first VF-1S to be released but they're probably the cheapest and sturdier you'll ever find.
