>>8673682Not to my knowledge, no. If it was, it wasn't enough for me to notice or feel that it was out of the ordinary.
I was putting more stress on the legs more than anything else, and they're seemingly fine. I've been even doing some stress testing on the other elbow joint and it appears okay.
These figures were on static display for over two years before I decided to grab them up like this. The pose I had Chun-Li in had the right elbow joint curled up, so maybe being under some sort of pressure for two continuous years had something to do with it, maybe?
Even still, that's not a good reason to break, and this is a party foul on the part of Storm Collectibles. Worse yet, they literally have no formal way to redress issues like this. The bottom of the box tells you to go to
www.bluefincorp.com/catalog/replacement, but going to the site gives you an option to log in without registering, which looks like is reserved for licensed retailers.
I've ordered spare parts from GOODSMILE before, so it's ridiculous that Storm Collectibles doesn't have some streamlined way to do the same. Again, this is ridiculous.
