I think most of the ff games are enjoyable in different ways. I appreciate how different so many of them are, there is a lot of creativity involved coming up with new settings, characters, and gameplay quirks every time. Even after the crazy success of FFVII they didn't play it safe with the sequel. While I may not like newer games like FFXV all that much, they still have things in them I enjoy, like the music.

The final hallway xiii meme alone was ran into the ground really fast and was repeated ad nauseam for years. It's fine if you dislike the game, but being obnoxious about anything is bound to annoy some people.
