>>7181513>I can bet you that a TrumpyBoss 1/48 is no where near as fundefine "fun".
If its a T-34 then its more work than fun, at least for me. These come with entire interior (afaik they are downscaled 1/16 kits) and tons of tiny and fiddly parts. The tracks are also somewhat complicated to assemble compared with the super easy Tamiya tracks.I built 3 of their T-34s and thats enough for me but there are surely people out there who think complicated builds like that (fit is quite good btw) are great fun.
The Hobby Boss KV kits are very easy to build in comparison and they are more detailed than the Tamiya KVs.
The Hobby Boss Shermans are ok-ish, but sadly (again, others might have different opinions) they come with rubber band tracks which i hate, so i've built only one.
It came with several options for turrets/hatches and guns and had a sprue with additional stowage items which was a nice surprise.
>tl,dr: the Hobby Boss russian tanks are superior in detail to their Tamiya counterparts (there is no T-34-85 by Tamiya in 48 though) but they require far more work to build.
