Also, the shitty animation you speak of has been getting better and more consistent since Black/Zamasu arc (if you even made it that far) and bad animation is present in parts of Dragon Ball and DBZ as well, don't kid yourself. Toriyama is treating the side characters a lot better now than he did in both DBZ and GT. That's actually fact.
