I remember responding to someone few threads ago who was asking what the odds of a SS3 restock were. And I said they might when they do Kid Buu to have product synergy. With a bunch of new collectors having SS3 in hand they're more likely to buy Kid Buu. Well it looks like we got our restock so I think Kid Buu is near. Assuming he's near, at the next event that has DB stuff I can see him along with a bunch of the fighterz vote characters being set up together on display there.
