Speaking of lost Glyos...it's not as bad as destroying a CC sure, but early in my collecting when I only had four or five figures I won the pictured lot from Ebay. Got really excited for all the different colors and building pieces I could mess around with.
But I hadn't noticed my Ebay account had been hacked, and my default shipping address changed to some shady part of New Orleans?! I immediately let the seller know, but they forgot about it after printing the auto-generated label and still shipped to the scammer address. Not blaming the seller by the way, I should have caught before.
So I pay more than the price of the lot to USPS to do a 'package intercept' before it's even left the first post office. It does in fact get intercepted. But then USPS loses it in a warehouse in the midwest somewhere, and didn't care to find it no matter who I called or talked to. So all these Glyos parts are sitting in a box somewhere lost forever...
