I just had to get the Japanese version. The black is so slick. It was just the logical choice.
Now that it is somewhat fresh in my mind I think the Cyberverse version has slightly better proportions than the voyager.
By which I mean the cannon is bigger so it covers more of the dead space of the tank's plateau there.
This really is such a barebones vehicle mode. I don't really remember him using it that much aside from when he bites in Predacon Rising but I do remember it being much more solid there.
