>>9985531>he EARLY 80s stuff was irrelevantuh, but the Classified GI Joes are based on 80s toys. That's the entire point. They're imitating the 80s stuff over and over, and even newfags want it, with their own ideas of how it actually was vs what it is.
>NahNo, you are stupid. See how Mattel did absolutely nothing because they thought kids would make up their sales, yet their lines failed and eventually lost their license.
When McFarlane took up the license, sales exploded and DC action figures became a number one selling product. And this is despite other companies, including DC themselves, making alternatives.
This proves that even if they "monopolize" (never happened) a license, that they still need to be competitive. Despite what i said about Hasbro seemingly ignoring collectors want, they still made changes, albeit years later, to remain competitive. They still need to try or else sales drop likea stone, and you lose the license like Mattel did.
>If your definition of "overpriced" is "more than $20" then maybe, but I'd argue that says more about you than the toy.Oh boy, you're one of those retarded fanboys. Eat shit and cry more over the fact i think overpriced shit is overpriced, tard.
>howlersNever heard of these. IS this a typo?
>Mezco are already making so much profit on releasing reused bucks Mezco toys are as expensive as they are because everything is hand tailored. shit's expensive. MEGO and NECA toys also feature cloth toys for way less money, but their tailoring and cloth is hugely different.
Like with Little Armory and other model kits, you can literally see what you can get for your money and why. Same with Mezco and other cloth toylines. Or pic is how DCC was making Figuart quality toys for only $30 (pic was $40 because electronics, but sameline).
