(Spitballing based on the dimensions of a space shuttle.) That would put Unicron's eye at less than a kilometer across. The moon's diameter is about 3,500km, and I refuse to believe that any planet that eats other planets and can transform into a humanoid that towers out of the atmosphere and into space is significantly smaller than Earth's moon, so his eyes should be way bigger than they're depicted. The average Transformer should be like a grain of sand to him. A titan would be like roach.
I let all this slide, though, because humans aren't good at imagining these extreme scales nor were our ~35-year-old 23-minute toy commercials ever very consistent about scale. It's just crazy to think of how wildly huge he should have been.
