Made the mistake of getting my friend a Neca for Christmas. As he's unboxing lady Diablo her arm just kinda comes off, which is fantastic. I tried popping it back in, and it holds if it's not touched at all but will otherwise fall right off again. So my question is, is this piece here supposed to be this half circle hook or is it supposed to be a full circle that just snapped in half? On the off chance that it broke I looked everywhere but found no such missing piece, so I figured it'd be best to ask.
Also, her right leg has a stiff ankle and knee joint. Will the warm water trick work to loosen them? I was afraid to force it and have my friend's figure be down an arm AND a leg
