The lower half of the bumper is helf by an upside down finger-hinge connection. The connection can't go lower thanks to the bracker-spoiler-1x2 tile combo and can't go up because of the headlight and hood parts (the hood gives most the resistance that keeps the headlights and the lower bumper in place)
