>>5983968They are great for more diffuse washes, but they stay wet for so long that it's really not ideal for any area painting. the whole reason enamels are used instead is that they dry much harder and adhere more strongly. A big part of what you want in model painting, but most especially in gunpla painting, is durable paints that can hold up to the posing and stress of assembly that most other models never have to deal with.
