For indoors, I use two ulanzi mini lights, two phones, sometimes three, and a little lamp together with a bit of sunlight. But of course this isn't always my setup this is just what I have at my disposal.
I think the more light sources the better, but it doesn't mean you have to point 50 lights at your figure, the key is to balance things and just play around with your lights and colors.
