Instead of 50 designers working on 100 sets, why not hire 200~ designers and let them team up and projects AND give them time. Could you imagine working for 8 years and they put you as the lead designer for City or Star Wars. Lego in 2000-10s were way into hiring young people but now it's just adults buying Star Wars and Marvel constantly. There are like 7 people in that company who truly give a shit about imagination and they design sets every year or two.
