The terminator esc battle damage lends itself well to small soldiers. It 's fucking nuts that small soldiers didnt even merit an animated series all things considered. Like fuck me man, this movie deserved so much better. The 80s ans 90s were so stuffed with kino, the failure of movies like last action hero and small soldiers almost makes a bit of sense but it doesnt make it any less tragic. Likewise it makes me wonder what will be left to reminisce on from the 2010's and 2020s. Theres not much good shit out now anyways, i cant imagine what people will rediscover in a few decades and wish they got toys of.
