>>6162167Well, I received a response from the place I ordered from. And they said this might end up being a line-wide issue with the figure, so exchanging it isn't going to do me anything. They offered me a refund, but I don't know if I'll take it, as I'd rather have my figure and occasionally just have to re-tighten the screw. Maybe I can find something to keep it from unscrewing itself, but I'm worried anything I try to put on the screw for that might slip down into the joint itself and freeze the arm or something.
I'm kinda sad this happened. Everything about the figure is otherwise perfect. I can totally see this company becoming a very good one if they keep this level of quality, other than this one black mark on an otherwise great figure.
