Sounds like you're missing his sword, shield, and both of his massive cannons, plus the flip-up booster on his shin (mine falls off all the time, too. Seems to be a flaw in the mold itself). Personally, I like him, but as you mentioned, that legs-to-tail transformation is a major pain in the ass. He's still far better than the actual official Grimlock mold he's supposed to be representing - less hollow, the weapons are appropriately sized, his dino tail moves, and, most importantly, he can actually stand in robot mode (my official Fire Blast Grimlock's left leg has always refused to lock in place).
Peklenc's not one I transform often, but he's still awesome looking, and it's cool that you got him for such a cheap price, even if he's missing parts.
