What if there are pieces that don't exist in certain colors? LEGO does new colors for Speed Champs all the time. I put a lot of work into making the CAD designs look good, and follow real LEGO set design conventions.
Simple fact is that I'm not going to make $100 bricklink orders whenever I want to share a design with the community. If you like the design, I'll give you the files, you can build it yourself or change it how you think it should look. Don't be toxic and discourage people from sharing their builds.
That's what LEGO is all about.
