I know the tulle in the actual doll is supposed to look like her skirt got bloodsoaked and tattered but there is not enough left of the actual skirt to be recognizable, it just looks like a choppy tulle skirt. They could've gone with a lolita style skirt too if they didn't want to do the long one, just something that didn't look so damn cheap.
