It's sort of bitter-sweet because I've been buying a lot of stuff to build and enjoy once I move into a bigger space and just have it sitting in a closet, but now it's become so valuable that I think I'd have a hard time doing that.
I bought 3 castle in the forests on Bricklink to bust down for parts for a diorama I had planned to start this year, but now they're worth like $500 a piece so it's not worth the unrealized value to rip them open, and actually use it as a Lego set.
