It seems like every year Hasbro strips away more, and more from the dolls. They stopped giving Anna the white strip that goes in her hair. They did away with all dolls that had elbow, wrist, and knee articulation. They shortened the length of Rapunzel's hair. They removed the molded on gloves from Tiana, Belle, and Cinderella. They took Sleeping Beauty's crown away. They took away Jasmine, and Pocahontas's necklace, and stopped painting Pocahontas's belt. They even started to do molded on tops. This year they went as low as to give the new male prince dolls molded on boots. Say what you want about Mattel, but they never sunk as low as to do molded on boots. Molded on pants yes, but never molded on boots.
