These wave one Animated toys were something else.
And by "something else" I mean not super good. They went through the same growing pains that the movie toys were going through.
If I remember right I think a lot of the early toys had floppiness issues.
Majority blue is kind of an odd pick for Starscream. But whatever, the year before he was dorito shaped.
I don't recall any Transformers having the forward swept wings before this guy. I'm sure some anon would love to correct me with some G2 so and so.
The other thing about the wings is how they're waaay too thin. They're about an eighth of an inch thick while the fuselage and all its massive underkibble account for about two inches of toy.
So the angle I took the picture at is pretty much Starscream at his best looking in jet mode.
