All of those were originally p-bandai, meaning a straight re-issue was not possible (it's against policy to reissue webshop exclusives).
We got event exclusives and alt regular releases, or in frieza's case the first was Super and the second was Namek.
I can't see buffku getting any kind of re-color. it's a standard release, so it'll be straight up re-issued.
