Even KFC tried doing their best to make it look proportional with their Simba to MP Star Saber and it still kinda looked like Star Saber was wearing really big platform shoes instead of like how it looked in the anime where it just looked like his feet changed. This goes back to the J-Decker combination because it's literally the same concept. Dukefire turns into a chest shield and platform shoes and if you look at the original "G1" toy, it makes it look like J-Decker had really tiny arms. Gao Gai Gar managed to do this because his combination didn't really require him to wear his pieces like an afterthought. He was designed with them combining in mind.
Even the original toy was kinda disproportionate. Shitty potato quality though since I took that picture in 2013, I should redo some of my pictures since I got myself a better camera now.
