They have both 2D and 3D cinematic animation staff and if not they could outsource to Powerhouse, Muir or anyone else.
There is no Castlevania game that even comes close to Overwatch's revenue, yet it has a long running series on Netflix. Not forgetting The Witcher, Dota, LoL, Sonic, Cyberpunk all having/getting series as well.
