Lightning fast replies (I usually contact them via FB and receive a message after a few hours, but their Q&A Board is equally quick), quality of their dolls is really good, they stick to their estimated time frame.
They also put in care into customer relationship (share pictures from customers, do a regular photo contest, ask their customers about their opinion, if Ikaru isn't too busy you can chat a little with her too) and try to be transparent about how they work and who's behind Granado. They do offer custom colors to an extent too.
And they are a good example for a chinese BJD company that doesn't suck aesthetic/quality-wise.
It's a bummer they are starting to get pretty expensive and are from China, even a regular head from them nowadays costs me 250$ or more by now, and that Crocus starts to lean towards certain stylistic choices I am not as fond of.
