>>9848306By thoroughly clean what do you mean? After a session I usually load the entire feed cup of just lacquer thinner through the brush twice . I also religiously clean the inside of my cup with pic related to remove any stubborn residue, and wipe the inside of the cup with a gun q-tip (that are small & spear shaped) soaked in lacquer thinner and make sure there aren't any cotton residue in the cup. I goofed one night though and forgot to wipe the inside of a cup during one session I'll admit. I did spray lacquer through it as usual, with 100% alcohol next, and then two sprays of water. I also wipe the needle clean (sometimes lube it), and clean the nozzles and crap.
